As President of Patricia Stark Communications, Patricia provides Personal & Professional Development coaching and training focusing on communication, public speaking, media training, leadership, talent development, body language, emotional intelligence, stress & anxiety relief, and peak performance.

Patricia brings her years of experience as a veteran broadcaster (WABC, Fox, PBS), a Health & Wellness Host (Prevention, MDTV, HealthiNation, Health & Home Report, MedTalk, National CME Training Moderator) as well as a SAG/AFTRA on-camera and voice over talent (Law & Order, Madam Secretary) to her coaching and training strategies.

She is a certified executive coach, a certified body language instructor, and adjunct professor of Communications & Broadcasting, and holds certificates in Eclectic Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Guided Imagery.

Patricia is currently working toward her certification in breath work for stress management.

She is a Positive Intelligence practitioner, Best Selling Author, sought after Keynote Speaker, and member of the National Speakers Association.
